SUMMARY
The Wealth Management (WM) Operations & Innovation Analyst is part of the WM Operations team and will perform complex data analysis and produce technical reports that assess the business unit profitability, efficiency, trends, and growth.
Will directly manage and / or support projects and tasks related to the business development and strategic growth initiatives in Wealth Management division.
May provide back up to key WM Operations functions, as necessary.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include extensive experience with MS Excel spreadsheets, including use of and programming formulas for related spreadsheets, problem solving, etc.
- Meticulous with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables.
- Initiative-taker who can take ambiguous information and conclude logical outcomes.
- Strong experience in data analysis.
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal / written / presentation communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Tableau or Power BI experience preferred.
- Wealth Management experience preferred.
- Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act / anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars / conferences, etc.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assess user input, data accuracy and reporting output of business development results.
- Leverage WM and ancillary systems to produce and interpret data.
- Strive to bring new thoughts and ideas to WM teams that drive process improvement through innovation and unique solutions.
- Perform advanced data analysis and effectively communicate output to key stakeholders.
- Provide support to WM Operations by taking ownership of inquiries that require greater technical analysis.
- Determine business needs through complex analysis and reporting.
- Partner with leadership to develop strategies to achieve company and department goals.
- Produce reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position does not manage any employees.

POSITION TYPE
This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
TRAVEL
This position requires up to 10% travel.
