The Safety Supervisor is responsible for supporting, facilitating and engaging the principles of the corporate safety program.
The Safety Supervisor supports the Field Operations staff by providing critical information and guidance regarding safe work procedures, workplace safety regulations, corporate policies and adopted best practices.
Field Safety Supervisor conduct job site observations, guide workers through complicated safe work practices, educate employees on safety regulations, policies and procedures, identify hazards, suggest methods of hazard mitigation, respond to emergency situations, investigate incidents, provide reports and communicate information critical to the prevention of accidents, injuries and near misses.
This position will primarily cover our Bay Area locations (Gilroy, Fremont & Selma) but must be able to travel to other locations as necessary.
