LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager for our client in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time direct hire role will be fully onsite.
The Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager will report to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing all mortgage servicing operations, supervising a large team, coordinating audits, and assisting with strategic planning.
This role requires 5-10 years of mortgage servicing experience. We are looking for an applicant with excellent communication and technology skills.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of mortgage servicing operations, including payment processing and home retention departments
- Supervise large staff, including 4 direct reports, and ensure department deadlines are met
- Manage mortgage servicing for agency investors and private real estate contract servicing
- Assist with strategic planning, including financial planning, product management and technology systems
- Coordinate audit requests and processes
- Maintain good relationships with vendors, managers, and the mortgage servicing team
- Keep up to date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of mortgage servicing oversight, or 10+ years of experience
- Agency servicing experience required
- MSP software experience required (ICE / Black Knight preferred)
- Strong Word and Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced technology skills, including computer terminal / person computer operation, and mainframe computer systems
- Through knowledge of compliance regulations and operational policies
