This opportunity will focus primarily on providing financial, clerical & administrative services to ensure efficient, timely & accurate processing of payable invoices.
Job Responsibilities
- Payables Processing maintenance invoices from national charge accountsProcessing credit card payments to maintenance vendorsProcessing customer reimbursement requestsOpening charge accounts with maintenance vendors where applicableVehicle registration and title transaction paymentsMiscellaneous vendor payments
- Entering mileage updates from invoices
- Maintain vehicle lists for vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience in similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional time management, planning & organizational skills
- Management of multiple tasks while maintaining a high quality of work
- Ability to demonstrate ownership & responsibility
- Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization as well as with external customers
- Thrive working individually in a fast-paced environment in addition to working within a team
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & CRM / Salesforce experience preferred

- Salary : $40,000-$48,000
