Additionally, this individual will oversee day-to-day marketing operations for a wealth management firm that specializes in working with athletes and coaches.
They are adding a Marketing Manager to support the firm.
Responsibilities
Serve as the content creation lead, grow the organization's social media presence across all social media channelsResponsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the companyOversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaignsParticipate in the collaboration and designing of the strategic social media and marketing plansSpecialize in content creation, independently executing projects and performing daily tasks that use social media platforms to promote and manage the brandCreate, produce, and post podcast interviews with professional athletesQualifications
Bachelor's degree, or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, or related field of studySpecialization in Social Media and Communications (Experience in the sports, digital, or social space is a significant advantage)Ability to regularly anticipate and respond to clients' needsStrong skills in writing and editing firm communicationsKnowledge and experience leading marketing campaignsSuperior knowledge of social media platforms and the latest trendsKnowledge of branded content productionMedia outreach / PR experienceExcellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skillsMastery of the major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTokKnowledge of social media analytics software, including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Twitter Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performanceExperience with content management systems, word processor applications, and image / video editing softwareExperience in the sports, digital, or social space is a significant advantageCompensation
