Responsibilities :

• Providedirect nursing care to students including first aid medicationadministration and management of chronic conditions.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings.
• Develop and implement individualized health care plansfor students with special health needs.
• Collaborate with teachers parents and administrators tosupport student health and wellbeing.
• Providehealth education to students staff and parents.
• Maintain accurate and confidential healthrecords.
• Monitor and manage communicablediseases within the school.
• Participate in thedevelopment and implementation of school healthpolicies.
• Stay current with best practices anddevelopments in the field of school nursing.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN)license in the state of Idaho.
• Certificationin School Nursing (preferred).
