The JM Family College Internship program is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study.
As part of this program, you will actively contribute to your team’s success, learn about JM Family’s companies and culture while obtaining new skills through learning opportunities, networking events and much more.
The ideal candidate will be available to work full time hours during the Summer Internship Program (May 27, 2025 - August 1, 2025).
Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks, providing hands-on experience, and contributing to various department initiatives.
They will learn about JM Family’s culture including our core values : Consideration, Cooperation, Communication, Innovation and Accountability.

The Learning and Development Intern will support the development and delivery of employee training programs. They will work closely with the Training and Development team to identify skill or knowledge gaps within the organization and assist in creating tailored training materials.
The intern will gain hands-on experience by selecting appropriate training tools, coordinating with guest trainers or subject matter experts (SMEs), and assessing the effectiveness of training sessions.
Responsibilities :
Assist in identifying employee skill or knowledge gaps and contribute to the development of relevant training content.
Help in selecting suitable training tools or delivery methods based on the audience and content.
Support the creation and maintenance of course content, training manuals, and other learning materials.
Coordinate logistics for guest trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed.
Participate in evaluating the impact of training programs by helping to assess employee understanding of the subject matter.
Qualifications :
This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements depending on the business need.
The ideal candidate will be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university, with a focus in a relevant field.
Candidates in related fields will also be considered. Must have completed at least one semester of coursework.
Relevant completed coursework may include classes related to the role or similar.
Additional requirements or preferred qualifications may include specific skills or experiences.
