We are looking for a talented Field Engineer to join our dedicated team located at our project site in Somerset, New Jersey.
In this role, you will provide technical, administrative, and subcontractor management support to Project Managers and Project Directors.

Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for compiling weekly and daily logs for project journals, manpower tracking, and inspections to support General & Discipline Lead Superintendents.
- Reviews & organizes documentation for environmental and safety requirements.
- Supports Lead / General Superintendent with administrative tasks.
- Assists the Project Superintendents with sustainability tracking and reporting, along with documentation packages.
- Assists in project quality & compliance inspections for final materials delivered to site
- Assists with client required documentation for safe work permits and environmental lists.
- Contributes to client and IPS safety program.
- Travels to project sites is required.
- Ability to perform large amounts of walking and stair use required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficient with computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Interest and / or experience working on construction projects.
- Reliable and can be depended upon.
- Career path to Assistant Superintendent role and eventual Superintendent.
- On-site requirement full time.
