Position : Personal Trainer / Club Assistant

Compensation : Hourly Pay + Commission + Session Percentage

Schedule : Monday-Thursday : 10am-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm (other hours maybe included dependent on training clients schedule); Non-major holidays

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Trainer / Club Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- 1-on-1 & Small Group Training (SGT) : Deliver personalized training sessions and small group training to clients, focusing on their individual fitness goals and ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Fitness Consultations : Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing members, helping them design effective and personalized workout plans.
- Membership / PT Sales Assistance : Assist in promoting and selling gym memberships and personal training packages.
Provide information and support to potential and current members to help them achieve their fitness objectives.
- Gym Cleanliness : Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that the environment is welcoming and safe for all members.
- Member / Client Outreach : Contact potential new members and personal training clients to discuss their fitness goals and offer solutions through our programs and services.
Qualifications :
- Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
- Previous experience in personal training, fitness consultations, and / or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and non-major holidays.
- Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
