    The Human Resources Coordinator will perform all functions to support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.

    This role reports directly to the Human Resources Director and provides data and contracting support including resume filter , file maintenance,, and reporting.

    Responsibilities :

    • Maintain employee database, help to arrange interviews
    • Prepare employee forms and contracts for signatures.
    • Ensure data accuracy.
    • Asist in the development and implementation of HR data-related projects and initiatives
    • Support to HR team members and serve as a backup for recruitment.
    • Work with any other special projects given by the HR Manager
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualification Requirements :

    • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • At least 1-2 years of human resource experience.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin

    Requirements :

    • Excellent relationship building and management abilities.
    • Excellent / Impeccable oral and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on the quality of work
    • Can work in the early evening, and on weekend.
    • Fluent in Mandarin and English
    • Bachelors degree is required, Master / Doctoral Degree of USA universities is preferred.
    • 1-2 Years of related work experiences are preferred.

    Job Type : Full-time

    Salary : $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year based on experience
