Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year.

The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family.

Allow us to elaborate. For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented HR Coordinator and Office Manager .

This exciting position will have the chance to work on every aspect of HR and office management operations , ensuring that the San Diego office runs smoothly while supporting HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee engagement.

We are seeking expertise in HR operations, office management, and employee engagement. On the HR side, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and facilitating employee onboardings, offboardings, assisting the recruiting team, providing research, drafting polices, answering employee questions, administering benefits , among many other functions! Office Management duties will include managing day-to-day operations of the San Diego office, organizing special events, serving as the main point of contact for property management and vendors, presenting at the company wide All Hands meetings, and more! What does this mean to you?

We are seeking expertise in human resources operations and office management. This includes skills such as employee onboarding, HR compliance , employee engagement, office management logistics, and familiarity with HR systems like ADP, JazzHR, Employee Navigator, and Unanet.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills , be adept at multitasking, and have a demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.

Experience in event coordination and property management is also highly desirable. Quick Reminder , we are seeking a full-time team member;
