Incumbent provides assistance to the user community on LSUHSC policies and procedures that relate to the operation and use of the Student Administration systems.
In addition to providing end-user functional support, the incumbent facilitates application setup, security, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and processes needed to support the Student Administration departments.
