Alaant Workforce Solutions is partnering with our client in the automation controls industry is hiring for their engineering team! The Control Systems Engineer III designs, installs, adapts, and integrates control systems to monitor machinery and processes for client projects.
This role requires strong technical expertise combined with project management skills, contributing to complex projects.
Hours and Benefits for the Controls Engineer III : Monday- Friday regular business hours Salary is up to $110,000 based on experience.
Medical, Dental, Vision You get to be part of working on diverse projects Responsibilities for the Controls Engineer III : You will act as the project manager or team lead on midsized integrated control systems.
Coordinate all project phases, from planning to deployment. Lead efforts in control system design and development such : Industrial controller programming and communication protocols.
Man-machine interface (MMI) and SCADA applications. Telemetry systems and remote communication hardware. Maintain thorough project documentation, projects submittals and compliance.
Mentor junior engineers. Providing guidance on best practices and methodologies. Serve as the primary client contact during project execution.
Requirements for the Controls Engineer III : Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience. Strong proficiency in PLC, MMI, SCADA, and telemetry systems.
Proficient in CAD, with the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. ISA CCST Level 2 certification is preferred.
6 15 years of experience in control systems engineering, with a proven track record of successful project execution and customer interaction.
Must be able to travel to client sites when needed within a two-hour distance. Must be able to communicate both internally and externally.
