The pay range is $54,800.00 - $98,600.00

As a Sales Analyst, Roundel, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the sales record system (Salesforce) through corresponding sales stages related to the financial process to ensure that record remains accurate and projects are properly initiated and tracked through the campaign’s lifecycle.
Sales Analysts will partner with the sales team to input the strategy, key deliverables and tactics into the system for media plans to be developed.
This role will ensure data is entered timely and accurately to guarantee the highly visible vendor income and accounting process is completed properly.
Partnership across the Target organization will be required in order to synthesize data, identify and solve any billing discrepancies and questions that arise, with the ability to take initiative and research issues.
This role will have access to sensitive financial and sales information, must be client centric and have a high-level understanding of the media business and landscape;
as they could be tasked with participating in other team projects related to the client or industry. This person has an eye for time management and ability to multitask to ensure campaign milestones are meet and on-time.

About you :
- Four year college degree in Business or Marketing
- 2+ years of experience in a client services or finance and billing related role
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Superior time management and multitasking skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as other equivalent programs
