Responsibilities
Review and manage payroll daily, compile weekly payroll summaries for client, work with Healthcare Directors to reconcile monthly hoursStaff high performing team members while ensuring compliance with organization policies and regulationsManage all staffing and scheduling needs while ensuring 100% authorized department hours are allocated appropriatelyMaintain weekly and monthly hours scheduled versus utilized hoursAid in providing feedback on recruiting efforts.
Attract and retain impressive team members providing exceptional service. Facilitate interviews and contribute to hiring decisions.
Facilitate streamlined onboarding and occupational health clearance.Constantly communicate with our People / HR team and Occupational Health contacts in order to expedite hiring and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with team members and client on scheduling, including creative and innovative scheduling solutions.Coach team members with kindness and respect.
Manage the balance of hospital client needs, team member needs, and company goals.Proactively work to anticipate and deliver clients’ expectations.
Consistently maintain high service levels that exceed client needs.Support day to day operations and tasks as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency and coverage.
Qualifications
Education, Experience and Skills Required
- Impeccable organization with strong time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels throughout the organization and our client partners
- Experience with Time and Attendance software preferred (Ceridian Dayforce) and scheduling software (WhenToWork)
- Be able to drive operational and financial strategies to ensure maximum service and profitability through hours and staffing management.
- Leadership capabilities including fostering a healthy safe work environment through training, care, empathy and accountability.
- Computer proficient including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to quickly learn new software
