Pay Range : $54 - $70 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• The Pharmacist ensures the safe and effective use of medications through order verification;
• Assessment of medication selection, dosing regimen, and administration;
• Provide drug information and education; drug therapy monitoring services; and drug procurement at Client.
• Works closely with providers and nursing staff to ensure optimal care is provided.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance department operations or service outcomes.
• Evaluates medication drug therapies.
• Answers questions about drug information.
• Supervises technician activities and medication management processes.
• Precepts pharmacy students and help precept and oversee pharmacy residents.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Key Skills; Pharmacist, drug procurement, hospital.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Pharmacist Licensure in Arizona.
• 5 years of experience as a pharmacist.
• Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred.
