We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice in South Orange County ! If you love connecting with people, are creative with gift ideas, and have a passion for building relationships within the community, we want to hear from you!

General dental knowledge highly preferred but not required

Position Type : Part-Time

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and Maintain Relationships : Visit referring dental offices, deliver thoughtful referral gifts, and engage in friendly, professional conversations to strengthen our partnerships.
• Community Engagement : Be the face of our office in the community by visiting local schools (elementary, middle, and high schools) and businesses to promote our services and create lasting connections.
• Event Research & Participation : Research local community events that would be beneficial for marketing and actively participate in these events to promote our practice and build brand awareness.
• Creative Marketing : Design and execute creative marketing ideas, including coming up with fun, unique gifts for referral offices and community events.
• School & Business Outreach : Conduct research on local schools and businesses that would be advantageous for patient outreach, ensuring we are targeting key opportunities for growth.
• Social Media Management : Create engaging content for our social media platforms (photos, videos, stories, etc.) and post regularly to keep our audience informed and excited about whats happening in our office.

• Tech-Savvy : Youre confident with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and know how to create content that resonates with our audience.
• Locally Connected : Ideally, you are familiar with South Orange County, with established connections to local schools, businesses, and community groups.
• Self-Motivated : Youre organized, can work independently, and are comfortable managing your schedule to exceed the needs of the office.

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Creativity and experience with social media marketing
• Familiarity with South Orange County and connections with local schools / businesses are a big plus
• Experience with researching and identifying key marketing opportunities in the community
• Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or a similar role is a plus
• Reliable transportation to navigate the community as part of your responsibilities
