Trustpoint.One is currently seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney . Candidates must have 5+ years of litigation experience and be located in Troy, Michigan .
Required :
- Current Michigan Law License
- 5+ years of complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, insurance coverage questions
- Experience in state and federal trial courts preferred
- Any experience handling matters and going to trial in out-of-state courts is a plus
- Experience managing clients as a first point of contact
- Strong negotiation skills
- Hybrid work
- High degree of responsiveness
- Advanced written communication skills
NOTE :
- The pay rate will be determined based on the candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
