Job Description and Duties

This position is limited-term with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Under the direction of the Information Technology Manager I, the position is responsible for providing first-line technical support to maintain PERB’s IT infrastructure while fully complies with the Statewide Information Management Manual (SIMM) section 5300 and standards set forth by the California Department of Technology.

The position will work in areas such as Desktop Support, Server Support, Network Support, and Application Support.
