General Summary & Scope

  • Address ITSM support issues and provide solutions to enhance system efficiency.
  • Recommend strategies for maximizing system usability.
  • Oversee process improvements within all ITSM functions.
  • Keep comprehensive documentation, logs, and work instructions up to date.
  • Design dashboards and analyze data for service level commitments.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify automation and business value opportunities.
  • Track SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and related reports for ITSM processes.
  • Promote service management processes aligned with ITIL guidelines.
  • Assist in creating user guides and training materials.
  • Produce reports on IT metrics and collaborate with various teams to derive insights.
