Position Summary / Expectation :
The goal of this position is to convert motivated home sellers to transactions the Company can buy and resell for our target margin.
This role involves lead management and closing onsite / in-person sales.

Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and utilize company CRM and other technology, & coordinate with the team on setting up / attending seller appointments
- Complete follow-up calls / texts / emails from attended appointments to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Walk properties, document asset characteristics, build rapport with potential sellers
- Make offers on behalf of the company to purchase homes in the Chicago area
- Create and maintain a prospective and past client database to ensure all leads are organized and up to date
- Track and report daily / weekly / monthly KPIs for the company scorecard
- Assist in administrative and team tasks

- Expert communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborates effectively with consistent communication to cultivate long-term relationships and influence others
- Ability to work and perform in a growing, team-oriented environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to reach set targets and goals
- Ability to learn quickly and advanced computer literacy
- Skills should include typing and using Google applications such as Gmail, Calendar, Sheets.
- Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM is helpful.
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, and balancing multiple tasks are essential.
