About the role
The Catering & Conference Services Coordinator provides administrative assistance to Catering and Conference Service Managers assisting with contracts, BEO’s, and office administration.
What you will do
The Catering & Conference Services Coordinator is a central member of the Catering and Conference Services Team. From small, intimate business meetings to elegant weddings and banquets, the Catering and Conference Services Team focuses on booking our public room space, designing menus and coordinating events to ensure they happen flawlessly.
The Coordinator provides administrative assistance to Catering and Conference Service Managers. This position assists with administering contracts, BEO’s, our Change and Guarantee System and is responsible for general office administration.
The Coordinator maintains the client filing system and provides other support wherever needed.
What you bring
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office.
A good working knowledge of all MS systems; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher are required. Working knowledge of Delphi is ideal.
Applicants must also have a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task are essential!
