Fidelis Logistics, a leading company in 3PL Pallet Recycling, is seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the refurbishment of CHEP pallets.

Ideal Candidate Requirements :

• Experience : 2-3 years of experience in supervising, managing, and coaching a production team.
• Education : High School Diploma required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Skills : Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently.
• Communication : Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Language : Bilingual in English / Spanish is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise the daily refurbishment of damaged pallets to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Ensure that employees adhere to company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
• Conduct interviews, select, and train new employees.
• Motivate and develop your team to enhance performance and effectiveness.
• Manage work schedules and assignments for shipping and receiving operations.
• Oversee the checking of outgoing and incoming freight for accuracy in counts and codes.
• Assist in physical inventories and quality audits.
• Supervise all repair and inspection activities to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Mechanic to maintain a robust maintenance program.
• Prepare and maintain daily production records and reports in a timely and effective manner.
• Position is in an environment that includes noise, dust, and exposure to seasonal temperatures. Occasional lifting up to 75lbs is expected in moving, inspecting, and auditing pallets.
