Location : Chaska, MN

Skills :

Experience with developing a process using Chemical / gas,

Various forms used in semiconductor application.

To work on semiconductor process areas like physical Vapor

deposition / etch technology development for advance logic

device fabrication, which includes chemical gas process.

Qualification :

Preference in masters or Degree in Materials Science &

Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical

Engineering or a related field of semiconductor process

development.

Consider only need only AS degree, BS or MS -PhD Not

required

2+ years semiconductor process experience; vacuum,

plasma, photolithography, or high energy ion-beam

related technologies preferred

Prefer background in process characterization and data

analysis

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to work in teams as well as individually

Some travel to Interna factories for development,

training, or other activities is required (travel

Job Responsibilities :

Primarily responsible for development and

characterization of processes on Semiconductor

equipment in the applications lab and / or at the

customer site in the advanced logic space
