Director of eCommerce

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of E-Commerce to spearhead our client's online retail operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving digital growth and optimizing online sales channels in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Oversee the day-to-day management of our online store, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business objectives
• Analyze key performance indicators and market trends to inform data-driven decisions
• Spearhead innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions
• Optimize product presentation and site navigation to enhance customer engagement
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain robust e-commerce platforms
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
• Develop and monitor e-commerce budgets and forecasts
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a senior e-commerce role within the retail industry
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and digital retail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
