The Director, Marketing (Travel Products) will lead our CLEAR marketing strategy for all CLEAR-owned travel products (CLEAR Plus, CLEAR Mobile, CLEAR Reserve).
You will work closely with our channel owners & external partners to develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to target new & existing CLEAR Members.
What you'll do :
- Establish & drive CLEARs marketing strategy across multiple channels for CLEAR-owned travel products, & serve as our primary marketing point of contact for CLEAR product owners
- Oversee the CLEAR-owned travel product marketing ecosystem, ensuring messaging & campaign alignment; develop the marketing roadmap & KPIs for each individual product
- Own campaign moments (airport launches, new benefits launches, etc.), leading cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive marketing campaign that will achieve the determined goals
- Work closely with our Marketing & Communications channel owners & other internal teams (Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.
to drive acquisition, retention, & upsell opportunities / Membership benefits usage for CLEAR-owned travel products
- Drive consumer insights research & other data-driven learning opportunities
- Develop messaging frameworks for CLEAR-owned travel products to drive consistency across assets
- Generate & share accurate & timely marketing results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

Who you are :
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, brand management, partnerships, program management or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth & pattern of exceptional performance
- Proven track record of building, launching, and / or managing marketing programs while managing complex, cross functional projects with internal & external teams
- Account Management experience in managing internal & external partners (especially with a focus on operations), building relationships, & establishing mutual objectives

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance.
The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
