Hourly Wage : $21.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience

Shift : Monday to Thursday, 4 : 00 PM to 2 : 30 AM (4 / 10 workweek)

What's a typical day as a Mechanical Assembler You'll be :

• Operating machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements
• Building subassemblies needed in the assembly line, such as engine pistons, connecting rods, and cylinder heads
• Building engines following specific work instructions for each work station
• Conducting quality inspections and identifying non-conforming material
• Supporting problem-solving investigations and leak testing engines
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have knowledge of engine parts, preferably gas or diesel
• Have experience working with engines
• Are comfortable working with power tools and precision measuring equipment
• Have mechanical aptitude and skills
• Have a high school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience
