Required Skills :
- Lead the design and implementation of robust dataarchitectures to support business needs and datastrategy.
- Utilize extensive experience inAzure Synapse Python PySpark and ADF to architect scalable andefficient data solutions.
- Oversee and optimizeSSIS SSRS and SQL Server environments ensuring high performance andreliability.
- Write / review complex SQL queriesstored procedures and functions with a strong focus on bestpractices and optimization.
- Lead the designbuild and deployment of SSIS packages ensuring they meet businessand technical requirements.
- Optimizeperformance using MSBI toolsets including SQL Server SSIS and SSRSto enhance data processing and reporting capabilities.
- Apply handson experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) andfamiliarity with version control concepts like cherrypicking andchecking / merging code.
- Troubleshoot and debugcomplex issues in ADF / Synapse Pipelines SQL Agent Jobs SSISpackages and TSQL queries providing expertlevel support andguidance.
- Report weekly and monthly metrics totrack project progress and performance ensuring alignment withbusiness objectives.
- Proven leadership andmentoring skills with the ability to guide and develop junior teammembers.
- Strong communication skills foreffective stakeholder engagement and collaboration with seniormanagement.
- Collaborate with senior managementto align data architecture goals with organizational strategies andpriorities.
- Ability to work independently andin a teamoriented collaborative environment.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for data architectureprocesses and solutions ensuring clarity andconsistency.
- Propose and implement solutionsfor various complex use cases leveraging technical expertise andindustry best practices..
