Position Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Analyst and play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Under the guidance of the Revenue Operations Manager (ROM), you will execute key sales operations tasks to increase Sales Representatives' productivity and streamline operations.

This is a critical role for a highly analytical, solutions-oriented professional looking to make a real impact on sales success.

Salary & Compensation

UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.

Qualifications

Sales Operations Experienced professional who knows how to apply theory, put into practice with in-depth understanding of the area. (Required)

High level of analytical ability, recognize problems, provide resolutions.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must function independently and as a team member to deliver a wide range of services to faculty, students and university administration.
• Possesses broad job knowledge, analyzes problems with diverse scope to determine solutions.
• Demonstrates critical analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent writing, editing, and grammatical skills to independently compose, edit and proofread documents.
• Skill in organization work, defining tasks, setting priorities, and following through on all assignments with minimal direction.
• Ability to analyze information, set goals which accurately reflect importance of job responsibilities when faced with workload and pressure if deadlines.
• Performing against deadlines with frequent interruptions and competing priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Demonstrate good judgement in methods and techniques. (Required)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or closely similar CRM. (Preferred)

Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations

Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training (Required)
