About the Role :
We're seeking a Senior Fullstack Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our remote team in building an
advanced telemedicine platform for men's health. You'll be part of a collaborative team that
emphasizes rapid, safe iteration using continuous integration, TDD, and pair programming when
appropriate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write and ship high-quality code across the entire stack
- Contribute to product iteration and development
- Improve engineering standards and processes
- Collaborate across functional teams to translate business ideas into software designs
- Maintain focus on data management and security to protect customer privacy
Requirements :
6+ years of experience in product software development, especially public consumer web
applications
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React.js / Redux / ImmutableJS
- Proficiency in unit testing and integration testing
- Experience or interest in pair programming
- Startup / high-growth experience highly preferred

Compensation :
- Salary : $130k - $160k
- Equity : 0.1% 0.5%
