The Los Angeles - Century City office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Insurance Recovery Practice.
Our Insurance Recovery Practice Group is a national leader in representing corporate policyholders across various industries, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, energy, financial services, and real estate.
We handle all aspects of insurance, from advising on coverage and risk management to pursuing and litigating complex claims.
Our team has extensive experience in high-stakes domestic and international insurance arbitrations and litigations, and has recovered billions of dollars for clients through trials, arbitrations, settlements, and mediations.
We are known for our premier trial capabilities and have a strong track record of maximizing client recovery.

Salary : $250,000-$370,000
Job Requirements :
- Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of policyholder coverage and / or insurance recovery experience at a sophisticated national law firm.
- Superb academic credentials and writing skills are required.
- Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues.
- Licensed to practice in CA preferred but not required.
