ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Procurement Graduate, you will support the Sita Procurement team in mitigating risk, reducing costs, and collaborating with suppliers and partners to drive innovation and generate new ideas for Sita's customer solutions.
Your role will be crucial in assisting the Americas Region team of Managers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Collaborate with the America's team and stakeholders to provide procurement support for sourcing, contracting, and administration activities.
- Conduct market research to support the creation and maintenance of best practice sourcing activities for the Americas.
- Handle day-to-day administrative, research, and tactical support activities, including using the RFQ tool.
- Assist in the procurement aspects of new supplier setup and NDA drafting and signature.
- Research potential vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers that meet the company's needs and requirements.
- Coordinate the resolution of payment issues affecting delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in all purchasing activities and maintain organized documentation for audit purposes.
- Support America's sourcing activities by gathering data, shortlisting suppliers, and managing RFP processes.
- Contribute to SITA's Supplier Diversity Program by researching suppliers, maintaining databases, and tracking progress during the bid phase.
- Provide timely reports related to the role's scope.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred .
- High competency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Capability to work in cross-functional teams within multinational business operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Finance.
