Job Summary

A day in the life of a Transformation & Process Management Intern might include :

• Support Process Documentation & Mapping : Assist in documenting current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in Process Redesign Projects : Contribute to initiatives that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
• Help Coordinate Process Events : Assist in planning and executing meetings, workshops, and deliverables related to process improvement efforts.
• Analyze Operational Data : Compile and interpret data to support process performance reviews and identify trends or bottlenecks.
• Contribute to Change Enablement : Help develop communication materials and support stakeholder engagement during process transitions.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work with business analysts, project managers, and operations teams to understand how transformation efforts are implemented.
• Contribute to Citizen Development Initiatives : Leverage democratized tools and data platforms to help build and enhance business processes and applications, empowering teams to solve problems and innovate with a reduced dependence on traditional IT resources.
