Key ResponsibilitiesGuide employees through FMLA, ADA, and other leave processes, ensuring compliance with regulationsServe as the primary contact for employees regarding leave and accommodation requests, providing resources and supportLead educational sessions and maintain communication to inform employees about their benefits and leave optionsRequired Qualifications3-5 years of experience in leave management with a focus on customer serviceComprehensive knowledge of state and federal employment laws (USERRA, FMLA, ADAAA, HIPAA)Prior experience with benefit programs and systems, preferably in WorkdayHighly organized and capable of managing confidential information
