Job Title : Senior Brand Manager
Location : Summit, NJ - Hybrid
Compensation : $170,000 - $195,000 + bonus
Overview : Our client, a leading skincare brand, is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join their team. This role will focus on driving growth for their facial care, moisturizers, treatments, and serums product lines.
This position offers a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role with significant growth potential, as the previous incumbent is being promoted.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage P&L for the Neutrogena brand, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement commercialization strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of 1-4 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Drive business growth while navigating a complex organizational structure.
- Oversee budget management and ensure accountability in financial performance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the skincare or beauty industry, with a strong focus on the U.S. market.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 2-3 direct reports, ideally for 2-3 years.
- Extensive experience working with national accounts such as Walmart, Target, Sephora, or Ulta.
- Strong background in P&L and budget management with major companies (e.g., Unilever, P&G).
- Expertise in facial care and skincare product categories.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through transformation and change.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills within a matrix environment.
- Proven track record of commercial leadership and driving business results.
