As Office Support Coordinator, you will provide a high level of administrative support requiring initiative, judgment and confidentiality.
You will provide professional support to Officers, Board of Directors, and administrative functions of the organization.

- Must maintain notary certification and provide notary assistance.
- Represent the organization and effectively communicate with coworkers, visitors, vendors, and local and national organizations.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, giving priority to those supporting the President & CEO.
- Able to optimally work on and achieve deadlines.
- Produce high quality and effective products.
- Research issues, summarize data and prepare reports.

The ideal candidate :
You have a minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience. You are proficient in computer use including Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. You work independently, prioritizing multiple tasks and making sound business decisions with a dedication to a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
You have outstanding interpersonal skills with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as representatives of outside organizations.
You are proficient in common collaboration tools such as Microsoft Suite and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
