Litigation Paralegal - Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-respected business law firm based in Birmingham, MI.

The Paralegal will support the firm's litigators with a number of business and corporate litigation matters. The working hours for the position are 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. Duties include :

• Drafting legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions;
• E-filing in various jurisdictions in state and federal court;
• Assisting with trial preparation including preparing exhibits, expert witness documents, and trial binders;
• Managing electronic discovery including maintaining documents in a database;
• Conducting legal research;
• Communicating with clients;
• And more!

Qualifications :

• 4+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting;
• Experience with trial preparation;
• Excellent organizational skills!
