Job Summary
Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-respected business law firm based in Birmingham, MI.
The Paralegal will support the firm's litigators with a number of business and corporate litigation matters. The working hours for the position are 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. Duties include :
- Drafting legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions;
- E-filing in various jurisdictions in state and federal court;
- Assisting with trial preparation including preparing exhibits, expert witness documents, and trial binders;
- Managing electronic discovery including maintaining documents in a database;
- Conducting legal research;
- Communicating with clients;
- And more!
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting;
- Experience with trial preparation;
- Excellent organizational skills!
