What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources
- Identify trends and patterns in datasets to provide insights to decision-makers
- Create forecasts, recommendations, and strategic / tactical plans based on business data
- Collaborate with clients to tailor analysis or reports to meet their specific needs
- Present and interpret analysis results to management and recommend courses of action
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of business analysis experience
- 4+ years of managed care experience
- Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures applicable to job-related subject areas
- Ability to conduct analysis, identify root causes, and assist with problem management
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of formal training in Business Analysis and / or Systems Analysis
