What success looks like in this role :
- Alleinverantwortliche Durchfuhrung von IMAC Service (install, move, add, change) fur Standard Wintel Client Umgebung innerhalb des Firmencampus, sowie User Deskside Support
- Organisation und Begleitung von externen HW Servicedienstleistern fur Reparaturen (break & fix) fur eingesetzte HW, inkl.
mobiler Endgerate, sowie Ersatzteil- und Austauschgeratehandling
- Unterstutzung fur iPhones / iPads
- Netzwerkeinrichtung, -Freigabe und Konnektivitat von Notebooks, mobilen Endgeraten beim Kunden
- Betreuung, Einweisung und Schulung der Anwender hinsichtlich eingesetzter HW, Kernapplikationen und Datenwiederherstellung
- Ubernehmen von Verantwortung fur mogliche oder gewunschte Follow-Up-Dienste oder Problem Eskalationen
- Administration der Serviceauftrage in eigenem Ticket System
- Einhaltung der gegebenen Service Parameter und Reporting
You will be successful in this role if you have :
- Mehrjahrige Arbeitserfahrung als IT Service Techniker, Field Engineer, IT Auendienst-Techniker, Computer Techniker oder ahnliches
- Sichere Deutsch-, sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Betriebssystemen (Windows 7, 10) und MS Office 2016 / 365 Anwendungen, sowie Apple OS und Standardsoftwareprodukte)
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Active Directory, Sicherheit und VPN
- Gute Hardwarekenntnisse in den Bereichen Desktop, Notebook, Peripherieund mobiler Endgerate wie iPhone, iPad; Zertifizierungen von Vorteil
- Soft Skills wie Belastbarkeit, Freundlichkeit, Erfahrungen im Service, Team-fahigkeit und gepflegtes und selbstbewusstes Auftreten sind Voraussetzung
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kundenorientierung und eigenstandige Problemlosungsfahigkeiten
- Fuhrerschein Klasse Bist ein Muss
