SUMMARY :
This position serves as the primary subject matter expert for various educational software and data warehouses such as eduCLIMBER and Infinite Campus systems, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the district. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to assess system needs, manage system enhancements, and ensure accurate data reporting. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, coordinating implementation, and developing and facilitating training and support materials. The position also provides systems user support to ensure alignment with district goals, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education, Training and Experience Guidelines Bachelor's Degree in computer information systems, business, education, computer sciences, or a closely related field; AND one (1) year of experience administering software platforms for learning or performance systems; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as determined by Human Resources.

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A valid Minnesota State Driver's License may be required. A valid MN Teaching License is preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT Work is performed in a standard office environment which requires occasionally lifting such articles as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others and / or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. A job in this category may require walking or standing to a significant degree or may involve sitting most of the time with long periods of computer work and heavy phone usage.
