Job Summary :

Belden's Events / CIC Leader is responsible for the Belden experience as it relates to our internal and external events as well as at our Customer Innovation Centers in the Americas.

This leader will also be take charge for developing and executing our experience strategy that maximizes our impact and elevates the customer experience.

This role reports to the Regional Marketing Director.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and execute the strategy for the promotion of the Customer Innovation Centers, focusing on internal and customer experience
  • Develop and implement the regional event strategy using historical data and industry insights to determine where Belden exhibits, attends and presents, then develop a matrix regarding which internal events are supported by the team and to what level
  • Responsible for all aspects of the supported regional scheduled events including planning, coordination, booking, agenda, materials, displays, promotionalitems, meeting room experiences, food and beverage, digital experiences, departure and post-event follow-up
  • Close collaboration across departments to ensure consistency in branding and design, messaging and positioning, lead management and more
  • Improve our processes and efficiency to deliver consistent and high-quality events and experiences
  • Lead and develop the team members who are responsible for executing the event and experience strategy while reinforcing the company's core values and identity at every touchpoint

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Event Management, or a similar field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the marketing fieldand managing customer events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Extensive experience in project management and event planning execution.

Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $120,000 - $150,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.

This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting.

Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
