The Document Control Specialist is responsible for administering and maintaining the departmental controlled documents, records, and the documents control system in accordance with company business requirements.
This position is a key role to ensure RMA procedures and processes are meets defined company warranty service standards and policies.
This position also support all documentation activities including review and update change requests, and provide guidance to users of the document control processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain documents for RMA team such as ISO documents, SOP, Guidelines, etc.
- Organize documents from conception to distribution and filing including storing, managing, and maintaining department documents, while ensuring the accuracy and quality of them.
- Maintain ISO compliance status by ensuring all documents, processes, forms follow ISO standards.
- Complete assignments accordingly to set standards in regard to conciseness, clarity, style, and terminology.
- Responsible for documents change control, procedure reviews and facilitating procedure updates with process owners.
- Verify that all documents have been reviewed and approved by the appropriate parties within the scheduled timeframe.
- Coordinate and perform RMA team trainings for both online and offline using reviewed and approved training materials.
- Schedule and post records of team meetings and training such as of meetings, training attendance lists, training materials, etc.
- Responsible for assisting with documentation and processes needed for ISO audits.
- Support in maintaining department inventory.
Qualifications :
- AA or better in English with knowledge in completer systems preferred.
- 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
- Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with other team members.
- Excellent in written, interpersonal communications and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented and excellent time management.
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proficient with MS Office applications with strong emphasis on Excel, PPT and Outlook
Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company.
In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role.
Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.
Salary Range
$67,000 - $86,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
