Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst

Citibank, seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties : Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems. Provide Architect Level database support for multiple databases which include Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL & MSSQL.

Serve as a Franchise Critical Application Database Administrator. Perform data replication, migration and upgrade Proof Of Concept.

Act as a Change and Incident management reviewer and implementation coordinator. Perform database capacity, risk and release management techniques.

Set up monitoring jobs to monitor Oracle GoldenGate replication lags. Lead real time replication for reference data between databases for critical business reporting.

Assist with large database upgrades, migration for maximum database availability and increased throughput using XTTS, Golden Gate Real Time Replication, Data Guard & Actifio Cloning.

Set up RAC and MAA architectural environment for high availability and high scalability. Leverage Oracle wallet, HSM Luna for Multi-Terabyte databases using Transparent Data Migration Facility (TDMF) and other advanced migration techniques from "on-premises" data center to private cloud DC Oracle as Service (OraaS), Database as service (DBaaS).

Support inflight transaction encryption in SQL Server for Data Masking. Perform application data / user security implementation using CyberArk.

Implement and schedule DBA jobs using Autosys. Serve as a Franchise Critical Application Database Administrator. Prepare functional specification and technical design documents.

Suggest design changes. Support application DB Releases using UDeploy. Provide architect level database support for multiple databases including Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL & MSSQL.

Support Critical Patch Updates. Support new version control implementation, database security, database vault, transparent data encryption and protection.

A telecommuting / hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements : Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Database Administrator, Team Lead, Technical Analyst, Technical Lead or related position supporting database upgrades and migration.

6 years of experience must include : Supporting database capacity, risk, and release management; Utilizing Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).

4 years of experience must include : Supporting business reporting for financial services clients; Performing as a Database Administrator;
