Essential Duties of the Apartment Leasing Consultant :
- Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects
- GREAT commission opportunities
- Verify application and process paperwork
- Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
- Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach
- Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service
- Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed
- There are 395 units on property!
Required Skills and Experience of the Apartment Leasing Consultant :
- Experience in leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED; Strong sales and leasing skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be willing to go above and beyond
- Great attitude flexibility, and professional presentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus, but not required
