PRGX is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supports recruiting by scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, initiating new hire onboarding, scheduling new employee orientation, communicating with new hire and managers, review background checks, creating and populating documents in new the employee's electronic file, and other tasks as required.
- Enter new hire information into PeopleSoft.
- Complete e-verification process and ensure I9 is complete.
- Complete processes for exiting employees including notification to appropriate departments, conducting exit interviews, completing exit documents (i.
e., state separation agreements, termination letters, etc.), entering termination data into Peoplesoft, and other tasks as required.
- Support and manage eLearning system and be a back-up to HRIS Manager on HR company-wide systems
- Processes invoices for HR and submits for appropriate signature including Payment Request Forms for contractors
- Partners with others to organize events in the Atlanta office.
- Ad hoc reporting for human resources group (PeopleSoft, etc.).
- Arranges and coordinates travel reservations as needed for candidate interviews.
- Tracks performance reviews.
- Manages unemployment claims.
- Completes pay request forms and submits to Accounts Payable.
- Supports benefits administration processes.
- Provides support and assistance to managing the needs of the Atlanta office, as needed.
- Provides backup to the Executive Assistant for the Atlanta office.
- Manages service award program and vendor.
- Completes verifications of employment.
- Handles administrative tasks as assigned.
- Completes special projects as needed.
- Contributes to the success of the organization by helping others accomplish job results; learning new skills needed by the team;
finding new ways to help the team.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- At least three years' experience in similar Human Resources administrative support role.
- Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft office products : PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Excellent organizational skills including calendar management.
- Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent ability to prioritize and ask questions when needed to prioritize
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion is required.
- Experience using ATS (preferably Hirebridge) and other HR systems.
- Prefer PeopleSoft experience and if not required to train and learn PeopleSoft
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bias for action with strong desire to provide consistent and quality support to others.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
