Are you passionate about creating a vibrant workplace and engaging with the community? Were looking for a friendly and dynamic HR & Community Specialist to join our locally owned multi-unit franchise operation! In this role, you'll be the bridge between our internal team and the broader community, blending HR responsibilities with exciting social media outreach efforts.
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a successful franchise system with over 500 locations across the US and Canada!
What You'll Do :
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates from job postings to new hire orientation.
- Community Engagement : Use social media and digital marketing to boost our brand and connect with potential candidates and clients.
- Partnership Building : Forge strong relationships with local schools and industry groups to expand our talent pool.
- Employee Benefits : Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks.
- Employee Relations : Support Spa Managers with employee issues, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Tailored Recruitment : Work with Spa Managers to understand staffing needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
- Community Activities : Plan and implement community-building activities and volunteer programs to enhance company culture and boost our local presence.
What Were Looking For :
- Social Media Savvy : Proven success with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Community & Engagement Experience : Background in community management or employee engagement.
- Strong Communicator : Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for fostering a positive work environment.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented : Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Tech Proficiency : Skilled in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confidentiality : Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Education : College-level experience is a plus, but not required. Relevant fields include Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
- Requirements : High School diploma, 18 years or older and able to work from home and travel locally within Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties.
