WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at a lease-up community in the San Diego, CA area. This position is Full-Time Hourly Monday through Friday - 9 am to 6 pm Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.

Pay Range : $24.00 - $26.00 / Hour Onsite is Required with 100% Studio Housing Included.

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT :

• You have experience with conventional - lease-up properties
• You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community
• You have a good working knowledge and can execute professional-level leadership and customer service skills
• You have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovation
• You can create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting
• You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
• You have a passion for helping others
• You have a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• You ideally have experience in Yardi and / or MRI
• You possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
