Pay : $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule : 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities :
- Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily operations.
- Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee performance.
- Communicate job expectations and provide coaching to team members.
- Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative or adjusted work procedures.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar management role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management practices.
- Excellent time management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
