Responsibilities :
- Reporting in to Global Head of Creative
- Responsible for overseeing; digital, A+, social content + sendouts, video + BTS, events, + special projects
- Managing 5 direct reports; agency (Industrial Color) creatives
- Will manage relationship with Global Zones, identifying creative needs and support
- Working with outside agencies for; ecomm and social product shoots, as well as campaign video post production
Key skills :
- Sharp eye for design and typography
- Strong video storytelling
- 1-3 years management experience
- Follows beauty and Gen Z trends
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through a solid knowledge of retail-focused design thinking;
Luxury and / or beauty category experience a plus
- consumer-centered design principles and practices to work
- Understanding of design principles. Typography, color and page layout, and a great eye for detail
- Experience in artistic direction of photo shoots and able to provide feedback in post-production
- Ability to communicate concepts through visual comps and / or interactive prototypes
- Experience with people management and mentoring a team of designers
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education / Experience / Licenses or Certificates
- Degree in Graphic Design and / or equivalent experience will be considered
- Beauty and / or luxury industry experience preferred.
- Ideally 10 years in a highly productive creative environment
SOFTWARE
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Expert Mac / System software, basic Mac / PC compatibility troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Powerpoint, and Microsoft Teams a plus
Salary Range : 160k-200k plus bonus
